这是一篇迟到但必要的自我介绍。我们想借这篇文章，正式介绍一下 LivableHub 是什么，它从哪里来，为什么会变成今天这个样子，以及我们未来想做些什么。
This is a slightly overdue but necessary introduction. Through this first post, we would like to share what LivableHub is, where it came from, how it has evolved, and what we hope to build in the future.
LivableHub Started with My Interest in Livable Mobility
LivableHub 最早的起点，其实和我在美国的学习、工作经历有关。
The earliest idea behind LivableHub came from my experience studying and working in the United States.
我曾经是交通工程师，也系统学习过交通工程、交通规划和城市交通相关的内容。在美国生活的那几年，我对慢行交通、绿色出行、Complete Streets、Vision Zero 这些理念产生了很深的兴趣。
I was once a transportation engineer, with academic and professional training in transportation engineering, transportation planning, and urban mobility. During my years in the U.S., I developed a strong interest in active transportation, green mobility, Complete Streets, Vision Zero, and the broader idea of building cities around people rather than just vehicles.
那时候我关注过很多美国本地的交通 NGO 和专业组织，比如 Boston Cyclists Union、APBP、LivableStreets Alliance 等等。这些组织让我看到，交通并不只是道路、信号灯、车流量和工程图纸，它也和城市生活、公共空间、安全感、社区关系，以及每个人每天的出行体验有关。
At that time, I followed many local transportation NGOs and professional organizations, such as Boston Cyclists Union, APBP, and LivableStreets Alliance. They helped me see transportation in a much broader way. It is not only about roads, signals, traffic volumes, and engineering drawings. It is also about urban life, public space, safety, communities, and the everyday experience of moving through a city.
这也是为什么后来我注册了 LivableHub 这个名字。
“Livable” 代表更宜居的城市、更友好的出行方式，以及更好的生活环境；
“Hub” 则代表一个连接点，一个可以把不同想法、不同领域、不同人群聚在一起的地方。
That is why I later registered the name LivableHub.
“Livable” represents better cities, more human-centered mobility, and a more comfortable living environment.
“Hub” represents a place of connection, where different ideas, disciplines, and people can come together.
最开始，我以为 LivableHub 会是一个比较垂直的交通品牌。它会讨论慢行交通、城市规划、交通工程、智慧交通，以及交通行业里的真实工作内容。
At the beginning, I thought LivableHub would be a relatively focused mobility brand. It would talk about active transportation, urban planning, traffic engineering, intelligent transportation systems, and the real work behind the transportation industry.
但后来，它慢慢变得更丰富了。
But over time, it became something broader.
From Transportation Content to Career Stories
在小红书和微信公众号运营 LivableHub 的过程中，我发现很多读者并不只关心“某个专业知识点是什么”，他们更关心的是：
While running LivableHub on Xiaohongshu and WeChat Official Account, I realized that many readers were not only interested in technical knowledge. They were often asking more practical questions:
这个专业毕业以后到底能做什么？
交通行业真实的工作状态是什么？
产品经理每天到底在干什么？
汽车行业和交通行业有什么关系？
刚毕业怎么准备面试？
没有经验怎么进入一个新行业？
工作几年后，如果想转型，又应该怎么准备？
What can I actually do after graduating from this major?
What is the real day-to-day work like in the transportation industry?
What does a product manager actually do every day?
How are the automotive and transportation industries connected?
How should new graduates prepare for interviews?
How can someone enter a new industry with limited experience?
And after a few years of work, how can one prepare for a career transition?
这些问题让我意识到，很多年轻人缺少的不是努力，而是缺少“行业里的真实信息”。
These questions made me realize that many young professionals do not lack effort. What they often lack is access to real industry information.
学校里会讲理论，公司招聘信息会写岗位职责，但中间有一段很大的空白：真实的工作到底是什么样的？一个岗位背后需要什么能力？哪些知识是真的有用的？哪些只是简历里的关键词？行业里的人是怎么思考问题、推动项目、沟通协作的？
Universities teach theories, and job descriptions list responsibilities. But there is a large gap in between: What does the work actually look like? What capabilities does a role really require? Which skills are truly useful, and which are just keywords on a résumé? How do people in the industry think, communicate, and drive projects forward?
所以，LivableHub 后来开始加入更多职场相关内容。我们希望帮助交通、汽车、产品、科技相关方向的学生和职场新人，更好地理解真实世界里的工作。
That is why LivableHub gradually started to include more career-related content. We hope to help students and young professionals in transportation, automotive, product management, and technology-related fields better understand how work actually happens in the real world.
我们会分享行业观察，也会分享具体岗位的工作内容、面试准备方法、学习路径、项目经验，以及一些并不总能在公开资料里看到的真实感受。
We share industry observations, but also practical topics such as job responsibilities, interview preparation, learning paths, project experience, and the kinds of real-world reflections that are not always visible in public materials.
AI Gave LivableHub a New Direction
再后来，OpenAI 和 ChatGPT 的出现，让很多事情发生了变化。
Then came OpenAI, ChatGPT, and the rapid rise of AI. A lot of things changed.
AI 不再只是少数技术人员讨论的话题。它开始进入写作、编程、设计、产品、运营、研究、学习，甚至进入每个人的日常工作流。
AI was no longer just a topic discussed by a small group of technical people. It started to enter writing, programming, design, product management, operations, research, learning, and almost everyone’s daily workflow.
我自己也开始系统学习 AI，尤其是大语言模型、Prompt Engineering、AI 产品、AI 辅助编程等方向。这个过程很有意思，因为它不仅是学一个新工具，更像是在重新理解“人如何工作”。
I also began learning AI more systematically, especially large language models, prompt engineering, AI products, and AI-assisted programming. This process has been fascinating because it is not just about learning a new tool. It feels more like rethinking how people work.
我们现在的很多小工具、软件和原型，也是在 AI 的帮助下完成的。比如一些产品的代码开发、功能验证、文档整理和内容生产，都使用过 Codex 等 AI 工具辅助完成。
Many of our small tools, software products, and prototypes have also been built with the help of AI. For example, we have used tools such as Codex to assist with coding, feature validation, documentation, and content creation.
这也是 LivableHub 现在关注 AI 的原因。
This is why AI has become an important part of LivableHub.
我们不想把 AI 讲得过于神秘，也不想只停留在“AI 会取代谁”这种焦虑叙事里。我们更关心的是：普通人、职场新人、产品经理、工程师、内容创作者，如何真正把 AI 用起来？如何提高效率？如何学习新技能？如何用 AI 做出自己的作品？
We do not want to make AI sound overly mysterious, nor do we want to reduce it to anxiety-driven discussions about who will be replaced. We are more interested in practical questions: How can ordinary people, young professionals, product managers, engineers, and creators actually use AI? How can it improve productivity? How can it help us learn new skills? And how can we use AI to build things of our own?
LivableHub Is Not Only About Industry and Work
当然，LivableHub 并不只想讨论行业、工作和技术。
Of course, LivableHub is not only about industries, careers, and technology.
我自己一直对生活美学、品牌文化和潮流服饰感兴趣。比如原牛、复古工装、日系品牌，以及像 Fullcount、Warehouse 这些常被人提到的“大阪五虎”品牌，都是我平时会关注的内容。
I have always been interested in lifestyle aesthetics, brand culture, and fashion. For example, raw denim, vintage workwear, Japanese brands, and names such as Fullcount and Warehouse from the so-called “Osaka Five” are all things I personally enjoy following.
这些东西看起来和交通、AI、职场没有直接关系，但在我看来，它们背后其实有相似的东西：对品质的关注，对长期主义的坚持，对细节的尊重，以及对一种生活方式的表达。
At first glance, these topics may seem unrelated to transportation, AI, or career development. But to me, they share something similar: an appreciation for quality, a long-term mindset, respect for details, and a way of expressing how one chooses to live.
所以我们不想把 LivableHub 定义得太窄。
That is why we do not want to define LivableHub too narrowly.
它不是一个纯交通号，也不是一个纯职场号，更不是一个只追热点的 AI 账号。它更像是一个综合体：从交通和城市出发，延伸到汽车、产品、AI、职业成长、生活方式和审美兴趣。
It is not purely a transportation brand, nor only a career platform, nor just another AI account chasing trends. It is more like an integrated space: starting from mobility and cities, then extending into automotive topics, product thinking, AI, career growth, lifestyle, and aesthetics.
我们希望它有专业的一面，也有生活的一面；有理性的分析，也有个人的偏好；有对行业的观察，也有对日常生活的热爱。
We hope LivableHub can be professional, but still personal. Analytical, but not cold. Industry-focused, but still connected to everyday life.
Why We Started This Blog
过去一段时间，我们主要在中国本土的社交媒体平台上更新内容，比如小红书和微信公众号。
For a while, we mainly published content on Chinese social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu and WeChat Official Account.
这些平台让我们接触到了很多读者，也让我们不断调整 LivableHub 的方向。但社交媒体毕竟更适合碎片化内容，很多想法很难完整展开，很多工具、服务和文章也需要一个更正式、更长期的地方沉淀下来。
These platforms helped us reach many readers and gradually refine the direction of LivableHub. However, social media is often better suited for fragmented content. Some thoughts need more space to unfold, and some tools, services, and articles deserve a more formal and long-term home.
所以，我们正式注册并上线了 LivableHub 的网站和博客。
That is why we officially registered and launched the LivableHub website and blog.
在这里，我们希望分享一些更完整、更有沉淀感的内容，包括：
Here, we hope to share more complete and long-form content, including:
交通、城市与汽车行业观察；
职场经验、岗位介绍和面试准备；

A Final Note
LivableHub 是一个从个人经历中生长出来的品牌。
LivableHub is a brand that grew out of personal experience.
它起点很小，最早只是我对宜居交通和城市生活的兴趣；后来，它慢慢加入了职场、汽车、AI、软件、生活方式等更多内容。
It started small, with my interest in livable mobility and urban life. Over time, it gradually expanded to include career development, automotive topics, AI, software, and lifestyle.
它可能不会被一个单一标签准确概括。
但如果一定要说，我希望 LivableHub 是一个关注“更好生活方式”的独立品牌。
It may not fit neatly into one single label.
But if I had to describe it, I would say LivableHub is an independent brand about building and exploring better ways of living.
这里的“更好”，不只是更高效的工具、更先进的技术，或者更漂亮的城市空间。它也包括更清晰的职业选择、更开放的学习方式、更有审美的日常生活，以及更有主动性的个人成长。
“Better” does not only mean more efficient tools, more advanced technology, or more beautiful urban spaces. It also means clearer career choices, more open ways of learning, a more aesthetic everyday life, and a more intentional approach to personal growth.
未来，我们会继续更新博客，也会继续发布软件、服务、行业洞察和个人思考。
In the future, we will keep updating this blog and continue to publish software, services, industry insights, and personal reflections.
